Dayvon is an accomplished street enforcer, while his best friend Ty is incarcerated on a suspect charge. Dayvon and Ty ran the drug game in West Baltimore as the leaders of underground organisation DFL (Dogs For Life).

The two begin to feud when Ty suspects that Dayvon, who wants to leave the DFL lifestyle, was involved in his incarceration. Ty proceeds to plot a brutal revenge against Dayvon, who vows to stand his ground and not give up without a fight. Amidst this internal battle, both Dayvon and Ty are faced with a surprise attack by two younger members, Lil' Jay and Stink, who have devised their own plans to seize power in DFL.
